STEAK ROAST

Don’t forget Stan’s Steak Roast on the second Saturday of every month.  The best steak in town!!  A 12oz NY Strip and baked potato with salad bar provided by the Ladies Auxiliary and AERIE Members.  It’s a great meal for only $13.00 per person.  Come with your friends and/or family – make it a special night for everyone.

FROM THE KITCHEN

Hello Maumee Eagles!  I am Tena Ernst, your new cook!  My restaurant experience began in 1971 in Marblehead , Ohio when I worked in a diner for a Slovenian woman who made amazing food, simple, home cooked and delicious.  I loved the way she would wheel around from stove to line table – spatula in one hand, iron skillet in the other.  From that meager beginning I have worked every position in a restaurant learning the workings inside and out.

I have a BIS in Workplace Psychology from Lourdes College , Class of 2001 and, a MBA from the University of Phoenix .  With my love of food, experience and a Masters in Business, I hope to develop the kitchen into a profitable venture for the club with food that makes it hard to want to eat at home.  I love food and the party surrounding good food, good friends and good times.  I look forward to cooking for you!
